NON-SLIP SURFACE ON TOP & BOTTOM: Both sides of the mat have a textured non-slip pattern. The dotted pattern on top provides optimum grip to your hands and feet, so you don’t have any slip ups during exercise and yoga practise. It also has a custom-designed wave pattern on the bottom which helps to prevent it sliding around on all types of flooring.
VELCRO STRAP INCLUDED: Finished your workout? Simply roll the mat up and secure it using the Velcro strap. When rolled up, it measures 116cm x 14cm x 14cm and weighs 1.2kg to easily carry to classes. Because TPE foam doesn’t absorb moisture or sweat, it’s also easy to clean when dirty. Gently wipe it with a damp cloth before allowing it to naturally air dry.
